I met Janet Griffin in the Supermarket one day - she was wearing her C21 name badge, and I asked her about the market and selling my home. It was just in the early stages of the market downturn and it was early fall. While I had much work to be done in the home to ready it for the market, Janet and Tom encouraged me to take advantage of the short time left to market my home prior to Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays - so even with dumpster in the drive way, the Century 21 gold post went up in my front yard.
